This is the first learning asset of four nutritional lessons. There is an introduction video with an animated avatar, followed by an interactive infographic. These learning assets were loaded to an LMS. The target audience is 18-24 year old Marine students. The learning objective is “Understanding why human bodies need nutrients.” As the learner rolls over each of the food groups, specific body parts will highlight and information about why the body needs these nutrients will appear in the information box.
